American Dental Professional Services’ Network Vision Discount Plan

Vision impairment is the second most prevalent chronic health problem in the U.S., which means about 60 percent of Americans need some type of vision correction. Now American Dental Professional Services (ADPS) members can receive a variety of vision care discounts from participating providers through Vision Insurance Plan of America, Inc. and Block Vision.

Discounts

ADPS members enrolled in ADPS’ Dental Care Advantage Voluntary plan receive the following discounts off the retail prices from participating providers:

• 20% discount on Exam
• 20% discount on Eyewear materials, including eyeglass frames and lenses, tints, anti-reflective coatings, progressive lenses and contact solutions
• 20% discount on Regular Contact Lenses (Not available on disposable contacts)

To receive the discounts, member needs to see a participating provider and present their ADPS identification card at the time of service. Members pay the provider directly, and no claim forms or other paperwork is required. There also are no limits to this program.
