Encore Health Network's Vision Discount Plan
Vision impairment is the second most prevalent chronic health problem in the U.S., which means about 60 percent of Americans need some type of vision correction. Now Encore Health Network members can receive a variety of vision care discounts from participating providers through Vision Insurance Plan of America, Inc.
- 15% off eye exam
- 25% off materials, including eyeglass frames and lenses, tints, anti-reflective coatings, progressive bifocals and solution.
- 10% off regular contact lenses
- 5% off disposable contact lenses
To receive the discounts, member need to see a participating provider and present their Encore Health Network identification card at the time of service. Members pay the provider directly, and no claim forms or other paperwork is required. There also are no limits to this program.
Participating Providers
Vision Insurance Plan has participating provider at almost 80 locations
throughout Indiana. Member must use these providers in order to receive
the discounts.
