Effective November 1, 2006, you may now submit claims to Vision Insurance Plan of America, Inc. via direct data entry through our new website. Please keep in mind that in order to use our new website, you must have your new provider and location ids. If you do not have this information, please contact our Provider Relations department by phone at 800-883-5747 or by email at providersupport@visionplans.com.

You may continue to submit claims to Vision Insurance Plan of America, Inc. (VIPA) in the same manner as you have been submitting claims in the past. If you wish to submit claims electronically in the ASC X12N 837 HIPAA standard format, please fill out the transfer set-up request form and fax it to 414-475-1599 or contact VIPA's Provider Relations Department at 800-883-5747.

If these steps don't work, try downloading Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 or Netscape Communicator 4.76 (or both). You may be at least 2 or 3 versions behind.
